Hi, Iām Monique Lartigue
I'm a seasoned professional with 15 years of dedicated experience in coaching and advocacy, particularly focused on neurological and intellectual disabilities.
My journey began at Brenham State Supportive Living Center, where I honed my expertise in coaching clients with unique needs. This experience laid the groundwork for my unwavering commitment to supporting individuals facing neurological and intellectual challenges.
At Richmond State Supportive Living Center, I transitioned into a supervisory role, embodying leadership qualities while fostering genuine connections through coaching. Moving forward to The Monarch School & Institute, I took a creative approach, passionately guiding learners on the spectrum. As a Professional Educator, I coached restaurant job skills, transforming daily activities into opportunities for independence.
I am driven by altruism, dedication, and positivity. My goal is to continue contributing significantly to the well-being of individuals with neurological and intellectual disabilities through coaching. In every role and interaction, I carry a legacy of empathy, understanding, and an unwavering commitment to making a difference in the lives of those with unique needs.
